2. Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be processed in the following specific cases, subject to strict compliance with applicable legal requirements:

• Misuse of Service: If the customer uses the Tips for illegal gambling, unlawful betting, or any activities violating local laws, refunds will be denied, and the account may be permanently suspended.
• Errors Attributable to Customer: Including but not limited to providing an incorrect email address, failing to check spam/junk folders, or not accessing the email in a timely manner. Customers bear full responsibility for confirming and receiving the product.
• Based on Prediction Outcomes: As the service is for reference only, no refunds will be issued if predictions are inaccurate or result in any financial losses.
• After Request Deadline: Any refund requests submitted after 7 days from the payment date will not be considered.
• Violation of Terms of Service: Including but not limited to fraudulent activities, unauthorized sharing of Tips with third parties, system abuse, or any conduct breaching Betimate.com's policies. In such cases, Betimate.com reserves the right to terminate the service without refund and may pursue necessary legal actions.
