One day after a shocking knee-jerk decision to sack coach Thomas Tuchel after a 0-1 defeat to underdogs, Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League, Chelsea officially announced Graham Potter as their new head manager on a five-year deal worth more than £50m.

Potter joins the Blues from Brighton, where he has earned a lot of admiration for what he has done for the club. He led his squad to a ninth-place finish in the Premier League last season and the fourth position this season so far.
