8 Major Clubs Progress to Round of 16 in Europa League 2022/23

The Europa League play-off knock-out matches have come to an end with tickets to the next round claimed by Manchester United, Sporting, Juventus, and other prominent European football teams.

The UEFA will conduct the draw for the Round of 16 at its headquarters located in the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland. This event will take place on Friday, February 24, starting at 12pm CET (6am EST, 3am PT). The draw will be available for live streaming on the UEFA website.

Manchester United: After 15 years, MU finally defeated Barca in an official match. The 2-1 victory in the second leg helped the "Red Devils" surpass the La Liga team with a total score of 4-3 after two legs, earning a spot in the Europa League Round of 16 in 2022/23.

Union Berlin: The Bundesliga phenomenon this season continued to show impressive form, sinking reigning Dutch champions Ajax 3-1 at home to qualify for the Round of 16 in a cup competition for the first time in their history.

AS Roma: Two goals by Paulo Dybala and Andrea Belotti helped Jose Mourinho's team beat Salzburg with a total score of 2-1 after two legs.
