Ronaldo’s journey to go to Al Nassr

Cristiano Ronaldo spent his whole professional career in Europe before relocating to Al Nassr at the end of last month. He played for Manchester United (twice), Real Madrid, and Juventus after rising through Sporting CP's youth systems before moving to the Middle East.

After being made a free agent by Manchester United in November 2022, the Portuguese superstar now finds himself in the Middle East. Ronaldo was associated with a lot of teams at that time, from clubs in England to those in America, but as he left the European league, he decided to sign the most lucrative contract in sports. Garcia is certain that the legendary player won't end his career in the Middle East, despite the widespread expectation that this will be the forward's final club before retirement.

"Ronaldo will return to Europe"

The two-year contract signed by the five-time Ballon d'Or winner will bring him closer to his 40th birthday, but Garcia anticipates that at least one more challenge will be accepted.

"Cristiano Ronaldo is a positive addition, as he helps disperse defenders. He is one of the best players in the world. He will not finish his career at Al-Nassr, he will return to Europe."

Although he scored in a game for a Saudi Pro League select XI that played Paris Saint-Germain and his longtime adversary Lionel Messi, Ronaldo has only made two competitive appearances for Al Nassr and has yet to score his first goal for the club.

Garcia admonishes his players to try and vary their targets while choosing a pass from the Portuguese star.

"Ronaldo missed a chance on goal that would have turned the game around in the first half, but I congratulate Al-Ittihad. They were much better than us until the break," he said after Al Nassr was eliminated from the Super Cup.

What will be Ronaldo’s next destination?

Many rumored suggested that Ronaldo may go to Inter Miami 

It has long been rumored that Ronaldo would move to Major League Soccer (MLS), possibly joining fellow legendary former Manchester United No. 7 David Beckham at Inter Miami. However, it's possible that Ronaldo would prefer to take on another European adventure before deciding to move to the United States.
