2022 will always be a special year for League of Legends players. The return of live audiences picked up steam, there were intriguing storylines in several locations, and the year was finished off with the most thrilling World Championship the game has ever seen. It's always enjoyable to observe the fervor and commitment of star players, and this year was no exception.

In League of Legends, the top 5 AD carriers for 2022 are listed

The year was very successful for the game's AD carries. Bot laners were at the forefront of their team's tactics throughout many distinct metas. There were many amazing stories for the position in 2022 as well; youthful phenoms had their first chance to create a name for themselves, while established superstars received extra opportunities to redefine their legacies. AD Carriers had a part in some of the most thrilling gaming of the year, whether they were winning teamfights on their own or attempting to sneak down the Nexus. The competition was fierce throughout the year, with a few players standing out in particular.

Here are the top five AD carriers recommended by Betimate until 2022.

5. Park "Viper" Do-hyeon — EDward Gaming

Viper had another high-performance year, albeit it didn't match the outstanding success he had in 2021. He falls short of the other AD carriers mentioned due to his lack of demonstrable outcomes, both on an individual basis and while working with his squad. He failed to take home any significant prizes, as he was limited to LPL 3rd All-Pro Team recognition rather than MVP honors.

Park "Viper" Do-hyeon — EDward Gaming

He nevertheless continued to be a high-caliber player who helped EDG achieve most of its success. He still had excellent laning, teamfighting, and playmaking skills, and his excellent judgement makes him one of the sharpest players currently playing. He had the greatest KDA of any AD carry in the LPL over the summer, despite the fact that a large portion of his team struggled domestically.

4. Kim "Deft" Hyuk-kyu — DRX

The story of Deft winning Worlds 2022 in the manner he did will go down as one of the greatest esports tales ever. In one of his final seasons, one of the finest silver sovereigns in the game defeated his old classmate Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok to win Worlds, according to some, the greatest AD carry ever. It was the gratifying finish that supporters of competitiveness always hope for, like Jerry West winning the NBA Championship, Lionel Messi claiming the World Cup, or even Jeong "Chovy" Ji-hoon ultimately winning the LCK. Deft has established himself as one of the best players at every level.

Kim "Deft" Hyuk-kyu — DRX

But there are some restrictions, notably in relation to his placement for this year. The first thing to note is how poorly DRX and Deft fared the whole year. Even while he had several outstanding moments throughout Worlds, it must be remembered that he was rarely the driving force behind his team's triumph - a trait shared by his bot lane rivals. Although he had a fantastic year, it was far from strong enough for him to be regarded as the top AD carry of the year.

3. Lee "Gumayusi" Min-hyeong — T1

No one can dispute Gumayusi's skill, but no one can contest the fact that he still has to mature. Let's start with the advantages: Gumayusi is unmatched as a player when he is on. He recorded two pentakills in a single year and a record-breaking 219 kills at the LCK 2022 Spring, making him one of the most spectacular players in the world in terms of individual performances. His mechanics are top-notch, his playmaking is world-class, and the number of combinations Ryu "Keria" Min-seok and his champion pool give to the game are among the best ever.

Lee "Gumayusi" Min-hyeong — T1

That is Gumayusi at his best. Sadly, that doesn't happen as frequently as T1 supporters would want. He was the member of the team that performed the worst overall, and he was largely to blame for the disappointments they endured all season. He has the potential to become one of the greatest AD carries of all time, but he has to work on developing the consistency and discipline needed to do so.

2. Chen "GALA" Wei — Royal Never Give Up

The shoes GALA had to fill might just as easily have belonged to Paul Bunyan, which makes it insanity to think about his career over the last two years. It's not simple to succeed Jian "Uzi" Zihao, yet GALA has performed about as well as you could anticipate. He has continued to hone his teamfighting skills, as seen by the three pentakills he has obtained this year (four, if you count a remake). Even though RNG was at their best this year, consistency was a challenge for him at times. Nevertheless, he pulled together enough great performances when it counted to be regarded as one of the finest AD carriers of the year.

Chen "GALA" Wei — Royal Never Give Up

1. Park "Ruler" Jae-hyuk — Gen.G

Ruler is wealthy. For him, 2022 was only a year of master classes. He virtually ever made a mistake, as seen by his presence in the World Title semifinals, a summer championship, and spring finals runs. He won both Regular Season MVP and Player of the Split, demonstrating that his performance in LCK 2022 Summer was among the best AD carries the game has ever seen.

Park "Ruler" Jae-hyuk — Gen.G

There were no doubts as to who was the leading player in Gen.G’s botlane, unlike the majority of the other top AD carriers who had the advantage of Shi "Ming" Sen-Ming and Ryu "Keria" Min-seok providing consistent support. This year was filled with many wonderful moments, such as T1's unbeaten campaign and DRX's Cinderella World Championship performance. Fans would be naive to ignore the expertise Ruler has demonstrated this year, though.
