Brentford vs. Liverpool final score, result (Premier League 2022/23): Konate and Nunez created the disaster

Brentford vs. Liverpool Highlights
Liverpool had two wins before they went to Brentford. As a result, their next victory will serve as motivation to compete the champions of the most fierce league on the planet. However, on the day when the defense made a series of mistakes and Darwin Nunez continued to miss opportunities, Liverpool suffered a 1-3 defeat at Brentford's field. For this reason, Brentford rose to 7th place with 26 points, only 2 points behind Liverpool itself.
Brentford vs. Liverpool Summary
The match was fierce from the first minutes, when the two teams were ready to play a double attack. In the 7th minute, Liverpool had a chance to score when Mohamed Salah hit the perfect slot for Darwin Nunez to escape. Despite the fact that the Uruguayan striker had eliminated goalkeeper David Raya in order to face a large goal, he still shot into the right position of defender Ben Mee.
In the 18th minute, Brentford gave a weighty answer when Bryan Mbeumo sped from his own half, overcoming Virgil Van Dijk's pursuit to face Alisson Becker. But this time he did not beat the Brazilian goalkeeper. However, right after the moment of escape, the Kop defense made a mistake with an own goal by Ibrahima Konate.
After Brentford's corner kick, the former RB Leipzig star lacked concentration, letting the ball touch his knee, thereby rendering Alisson Becker helpless. In the 26th and 38th minutes, respectively, Yoane Wissa shook the Liverpool net but was denied due to offside. He didn't have to wait too long to celebrate, though, as he once again spoke up in the 42nd minute with a perfect header.
To lose quickly, Liverpool attacked from the beginning of the second half, and Darwin Nunez had the opportunity to score. However, the 23-year-old striker showed no grace when he was blown offside. Exactly 3 minutes later, Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain shortened the score for The Kop with a successful infiltration and aerial battle. Trent-Alexander Arnold was the player who assisted the former Arsenal player.
However, that is all Liverpool can do. In the 84th minute, Bryan Mbeumo engulfed the away team at Gtech with a dive and eliminated Ibrahima Konate before gently knocking Alisson Becker down. In the end, coach Thomas Frank's army defeated the opponent 3-1.
