Last week, EA Sports FC 24 unveiled its top-rated players, featuring stars like Erling Haaland, Alexia Putellas, Kevin De Bruyne, and Kylian Mbappé.

In a promotional video for the Premier League and the new game, Marcus Rashford attempted to guess his in-game rating improvements over the past year, and he didn't seem entirely satisfied with some of the categories. Watch it here:

Rashford had an 83 rating in FIFA 23, which has now been bumped up to 85 in EA Sports FC 24. Initially, he was pleased with his new pace rating of 90 in the upcoming simulation game, stating, "That's good, that's a good start. I think I am probably the fastest player at Manchester United."

However, he became critical when it came to the new ratings for shooting, passing, and dribbling. For instance, in FIFA 23, his passing was rated 75, and in EA Sports FC 24, it increased to 78. He argued, "It should be 80."

Rashford was taken aback by his defending rating in FIFA 23, which was a mere 41, guessing it would be 68. He exclaimed, "Am I that bad?!" He then predicted a 42 for EA Sports FC 24, which turned out to be accurate. "I'm shocked with this one, I can't lie," he admitted. "That's alright."

Lastly, he thought that his physique rating of 74 is slightly too low and would prefer it to be raised to 76.

In the same video, other players like Newcastle United striker Callum Wilson, Brighton & Hove Albion left-winger Kaoru Mitoma, and Chelsea center-back Thiago Silva also had their ratings in EA Sports FC 24 revealed.
