Tyler Dibling is also drawing interest from Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig.

Southampton are set to demand a staggering fee exceeding £100 million for highly rated midfielder Tyler Dibling, who has attracted interest from Tottenham and Manchester City.

The 19-year-old is expected to be one of the most sought-after talents in the summer transfer window, but Southampton’s hefty valuation has left Premier League clubs frustrated.

Dibling, who has made just 25 Premier League appearances, appears likely to leave this summer with Southampton on the brink of relegation to the Championship. Despite strong interest from multiple clubs, the Saints are prepared to take a firm stance, valuing him higher than the £100 million Manchester City paid for Jack Grealish in 2021.

Tottenham have identified Dibling as a priority target, having already made enquiries in the January window. His versatility and potential make him a serious option for Spurs, who are expected to revive their interest at the end of the season.

Meanwhile, Manchester City, Manchester United, Bayern Munich, and RB Leipzig have also closely monitored the teenager throughout the campaign.

Southampton believe Tyler Dibling is one of the brightest young talents in English football and will demand a significant fee for his services.

The 19-year-old midfielder has impressed in his breakout season despite Southampton’s struggles, scoring four goals and providing two assists.

Dibling made his Premier League debut as a substitute in a 1-0 defeat to Newcastle United and has since emerged as one of the club’s most promising academy graduates in years. Manager Ivan Juric recently hailed him as a player with “incredible potential” who “will be great in the future.”

Having joined Southampton’s youth system at the age of eight, Dibling signed his first professional contract in October 2021. He had a brief spell with Chelsea’s academy the following year before returning to the Saints.

On Tuesday, he featured for England Under-19s in their 1-0 European Championship qualifier win against Portugal.

Southampton, currently 17 points adrift of safety, resume their Premier League campaign next Wednesday with a home fixture against Crystal Palace.
