In a highly anticipated match at home, PSG quickly took control of the game right after the opening whistle, and it only took 12 minutes for them to score the first goal. However, it was not until stoppage time that the game saw another goal. In the 92nd minute, Mbappe turned and shot in the penalty area to seal a 4-2 victory for PSG. With this goal, Mbappe became PSG's all-time leading scorer with 201 goals.

As for PSG, the win against Nantes helped them solidify their position at the top of the Ligue 1 standings with 63 points, extending their lead over second-placed Marseille to 11 points, but having played one more game. Next week, Christophe Galtier's team will travel to Bayern Munich for the second leg of the Champions League Round of 16.
