1.    Man City and Tottenham continued to put pressure on Arsenal

1.    Fulham, Aston Villa, and Everton secured their wins

Everton got their first victory of the campaign thanks to Neal Maupay’s first goal for the Toffees against struggling Westham, helping them climb to 13^th on the standings. West Ham, on the other hand, continued to be immersed in crisis as they are in the regelation zone, despite spending lavishly this summer.

High-flying, newly-promoted Fulham earned their third win of the season as they came from behind to beat Nottingham Forest 3-2 and climb to sixth in the table.

Aston Villa successfully climbed out of the relegation zone as they secured a 1-0 win over Southampton, thanks to Jacob Ramsey’s volley.
