Diego Simeone

Atletico Madrid pays Diego Simeone £29.8 million per year. With his disciplined defensive style, Simeone led Atletico to win La Liga twice, one Copa del Rey, and two Europa League titles. Simeone's greatest achievements were leading Atletico to the Champions League final twice in 2013/14 and 2015/16. However, the club's performance has been declining lately. This season, Atletico finished last in their Champions League group and missed out on qualifying for the Europa League.

2. Pep Guardiola

Pep Guardiola

Pep Guardiola earns a salary of £19.7 million per year at Man City, the highest in the Premier League. The Spanish coach represents stability for the blue half of Manchester in the domestic league. He is one of the best current strategists in the world. However, Pep has not yet been able to achieve success with "The Citizens" in the Champions League.

3. Jurgen Klopp

Jurgen Klopp

Jurgen Klopp's annual income at Liverpool is around £15.7 million. Under Klopp's leadership, "The Kop" regained their position as a giant in both the Premier League and the European stage. He led Liverpool to the top of the Premier League and the Champions League during his tenure.

4. Graham Potter

Graham Potter

Despite not having a prominent career, Graham Potter is still paid a salary of up to £12 million per year by Chelsea's owner. 5. Max Allegri

Max Allegri

Max Allegri receives a salary of £11.3 million at Juventus. Under his leadership, the "Old Lady" is experiencing a resurgence. Two months ago, Juventus plunged into a crisis when they were deducted 15 points, dropping from 3rd to 10th place. Recently, they have been playing tenaciously, winning 6 games and drawing 1 in their last 9 Serie A matches.

6. Thomas Tuchel

Thomas Tuchel

Thomas Tuchel earns a salary of £10.5 million per year in his two-and-a-half-year contract with Bayern Munich. The 49-year-old coach has been unemployed since being sacked by Chelsea in September 2022 due to disagreements with the new owner. At Stamford Bridge, he led "The Blues" to win the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, and FIFA Club World Cup.

7. Carlo Ancelotti

Carlo Ancelotti

Carlo Ancelotti ranks seventh on the list of the highest-paid coaches in the world, with a salary of £9.6 million per year. Last season, the Italian coach helped Real Madrid win both the Champions League and La Liga. There are rumors that Ancelotti may leave "Los Blancos" after this season.

8. Simone Inzaghi

9. Jose Mourinho

Jose Mourinho

Jose Mourinho earns a salary of 8.1 million pounds at AS Roma. "The Special One" took over AS Roma in 2021 and led the Serie A representative to their first major European trophy with the Europa Conference League title. This season, AS Roma continues to impress by reaching the quarter-finals of the Europa League and currently sitting in fifth place in Serie A.

10. Xabi Alonso

Xabi Alonso

Despite being a young and inexperienced coach, Xabi Alonso is still paid £4.4 million per year by Bayer Leverkusen. Alonso is said to be the reason why coach Julian Nagelsmann lost his job. Before the clubs went on a break to make way for international matches, the former Real midfielder helped Leverkusen defeat Bayern Munich 1-0 in the Bundesliga, which was also Nagelsmann's last game in Bavaria.

11. Niko Kovac

Niko Kovac

After leaving Bayern in 2019, Niko Kovac quickly found a new job at AS Monaco. In the summer of 2022, he returned to the Bundesliga to lead Wolfsburg. He earns a salary of 3.5 million pounds per year at the new team. Currently, Wolfsburg is in 7th place in the Bundesliga and has a chance to compete for a spot in European competitions.

12. Xavi Hernandez

Xavi Hernandez

Xavi Hernandez earns a salary of 3.4 million pounds per year at Camp Nou. Barcelona's performance in European cups has not been good as they have been eliminated in both the Champions League and Europa League. However, the Catalan club has no rival in La Liga.
