During a conversation on his Twitch channel, Luis Enrique, the former Barcelona player and current Paris Saint-Germain manager, playfully responded to a subscriber's question about how many Twitch subscriptions it would take for him to field Kylian Mbappe as a center-back against Barcelona in their eagerly anticipated Champions League quarter-final clash. Enrique jokingly suggested that if someone made a donation of '2-3 million' to the Xana Foundation charity, he would consider benching the French superstar for the match.

Speaking on his Twitch, Enrique said: "How many subs to play Mbappe as the centre-back? Not subs, but donate €4m or €5m to this charity foundation and maybe I can rest Kylian. Send me the invoice!"

Following the establishment of the Xana Foundation, named after his late daughter who tragically passed away at the age of nine due to cancer, Luis Enrique took to the popular streaming website to share the news. The foundation aims to raise awareness and funds to support children in their fight against cancer.

On a different note, there has been tension between Enrique and Mbappe in recent months. The strained relationship began when Mbappe strongly hinted at his impending transfer to Real Madrid in the summer. As a result, Enrique made the decision to bench the French forward on several occasions.

Given the importance of the upcoming two-legged match against Barcelona on April 10 and April 16, it is highly unlikely that Luis Enrique will choose to bench his key player for these crucial fixtures. Despite any personal differences or disagreements, Enrique is expected to prioritize the team's success and put aside any reasons for not starting the World Cup winner.
