The LA Dodgers' chairman Mark Walter, an investment banker, and Boehly are Chelsea's other two shareholders who own more than 10% of the company. Potter's team has only won once in their past 11 games in all competitions, scoring four goals in that span. They haven't won on the road since October 16, and they currently sit 10th in the Premier League standings, 14 points behind fourth-place Tottenham.
